The lovely three-bedroom Villa Andes features a private pool, free Wi-Fi and stunning views over the beautiful, green and hilly surrounding area. Villa Andes is located in a quiet residential district, on a cul-de-sac where you can also park your car. With its ideal location in the Aigua Viva Park, Villa Andes is perfectly situated between picturesque Vidreres and the bustling resort of Lloret de Mar. The beautiful sandy beach and the nightlife can be found just 7 km from the villa, while countless shops and restaurants are just 1.5 km away. Due to its rural location, where you can fully enjoy peace and privacy, this villa is ideally suited for families with children.
 

Villa Andes is a completely detached villa on two floors, located at street level, with a living area of 150 m2. Upon entering the house, you will find the fully equipped living room, which has two sofa beds, satellite TV, radio and CD player and a dining table for four people. From the living room, you have access to the balcony terrace and outside area, from where you have a spectacular view. You will also find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen here, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, which you reach via a large open staircase in the living room, there are two more comfortably furnished bedrooms. Villa Andes has a light and practical interior which ensures a cosy, home-like atmosphere that will put you at ease immediately.
 

The outside area of the villa features a beautiful natural garden with stunning views over the green, hilly and wooded landscape. The lovely private pool is at the side of the villa, which you can access from the terrace. Around the pool you can take a seat on the sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. Villa Andes has a variety of nice seating areas where you can read a book in comfort, and an in-built stone barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal.
