This hotel is perfect for a long stay in Vienna. It is centrally located, walking distance to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, public transportation and many major attractions. The rooms are clean, fairly large and have well-equipped mini-kitchens. Although the building is old, with a vintage elevator, the rooms and bathrooms are modern and upgraded, with plenty of electrical outlets and excellent plumbing. Our only complaint was that the internet did not work well in our room on the fifth floor – it would go in and out constantly, always painfully slow – and though we complained about it twice, they never did anything about it and denied there was a problem, since it worked fine on the mezzanine floor where the office is.
