Sehr Schön mit einem Aber

Wir haben kürzlich einen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung genossen, und insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Leider müssen wir jedoch die Sauberkeit als größeres Manko erwähnen. Es war etwas Staub vorhanden, was jedoch noch akzeptabel war. Was uns jedoch wirklich gestört hat, waren die teilweise fettigen und schmutzigen Küchenarbeitsmittel. Teller, Gläser, Töpfe und Schneidbretter waren nicht gründlich gereinigt, was unseren ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Trotz dieses Punktes hatten wir insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, und die positiven Aspekte der Wohnung überwiegen. Wir würden uns jedoch wünschen, dass in Zukunft mehr Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit gelegt wird, um das Erlebnis für die Gäste noch angenehmer zu gestalten.

Würde dort nicht wieder buchen

Pro: der Check-in Vorgang; der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage; die Größe der Wohnung; die Umgebung - sehr ruhige Gegend, auch mit Hund (Grünflächen) und Kindern (Spielplätze) Negativ: Für 4 gebucht, für 2 waren nur Handtücher am Bett, für die Schlafcouch (Kinder) mussten wir selbst Bettlaken und Handtücher suchen; Nichtraucher aber die ganze Wohnung stinkt extrem nach Rauch, es sind sogar Zigaretten in der Küche versteckt; Im Schlafzimmer auch komischer undefinerbarer Geruch; Überall schmutzig und staubig; Eigentlich haben wir ein Appartement gebucht weil wir selbst kochen wollten aber auf Grund der Küchenutensilien sind wir lieber Essen gegangen, es kleben noch Essensreste auf den Pfannen, vieles ist einfach schmutzig (Gläser/Teller...), vieles fettig und klebrig wie auch die gesamte Küche; Beim Kühlschrankscharnier ist Schimmel; Teppiche Toilette und Balkon haben schon lange keine Waschmaschine mehr gesehen; Ich könnte die Liste noch fortführen, denke aber es reicht, Schade! - 15 min zu Fuß zur U1, 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß zum Einkauf...
