Perfect flat for a short or long-term stay in Vienna

I rented Barbara and Martin's flat for a week. The location was very convenient to the street car and train system. The building is safe and secure and near by to many parks, restaurants and other services. It consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. It was a perfect location for my needs while in Vienna.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Check-in und -out waren einfach und problemlos. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut um Wien und Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Nette, kleine aber für 2 Personen ausreichende Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Vermieter! In zentraler Lage, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Für unseren Mädelstrip war die kleine (aber nicht zu kleine) Wohnung genau das Richtige! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir uns in Wien anschauen wollten, sind von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wirklich gut und problemlos zu erreichen. Es gibt in Laufnähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, die keine Wünsche offen lassen, egal, ob man typisch österreichisches Essen oder internationale Köstlichkeiten probieren möchte. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für zwei Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles sauber und ordentlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Bei der Anreise wurden wir von den beiden Gastgebern persönlich begrüßt und konnten erste Fragen zu den Highlights der Stadt direkt loswerden, ein echter Pluspunkt. Barbara und Martin haben uns sogar ermöglicht, unser Gepäck noch bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges am Nachmittag unterstellen zu dürfen, dafür nochmals vielen lieben Dank! Beim nächsten Wienbesuch würden wir diese Wohnung ganz sicher wieder buchen!

Wohnung in Wien

Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Sie eignet sich sehr gut für ein Paar. Die Wohnung war sauber. Im Badezimmer ist kein Fenster, aus dem Abfluss stinkt es. Der Geruch ließ sich nicht entfernen, leider. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung top!

Schnuckelige kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad ist neu renoviert. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen, wodurch wir einen Freund einladen konnten und auch durften. Im Sommer war es allerdings sehr heiß in der Nacht, da Südlage und Erdgeschoss. Aber es gibt Ventilatoren. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, auch der Kontakt war reibungslos und unsere Anliegen wurden ernstgenommen. Möglicherweise werden wir wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht!! Gemütlich, sehr sauber, die Küche ist vollständig.Der Vermieter war vor Ort,hat alles kurz erklärt,auch U -Bahnanbindung ,mehrere Reiseführer liegen in der Wohnung. Wien ist bezaubernd,Unterkunft war top....nur zu empfehlen

günstig gelegene, niveauvoll modernisierte Wohnung, auch für längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen

Die günstig gelegene Wohnung, Anbindung gleichermaßen an Tram, S-Bahn und Bus, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Moderne Einrichtung, Bad und Küche, sauber und ordentlich, großes Bett mit guter Matratze, einwandfreies WLan bieten den Komfort, den man sich für einen Besuch der Stadt Wien wünscht. Bei meinem längeren Aufenthalt waren die Spülmaschine sowie die leicht zu bedienende Waschmaschine von großem Nutzen, Tabs und Waschmittel vorhanden. Zu Fuß sind die Landstraßer Hauptstr. mit Restaurants und Geschäften gut zu erreichen. Mit der Tram 71 ist man in wenigen Minuten am Ring. Ich werde diese Wohnung bei weiteren Wienbesuchen sicher wieder anfragen und kann sie ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Komplettausstattung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, was will man mehr?

Wie die Gäste vor uns schon schrieben, komplette Ausstattung, zentrale Lage und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Viele schöne Wiener Beisln in fußläufiger Entfernung. Radeln in Wien geht auch super, Distanz Karlsplatz:10 Min, innere Stadt: 15 Min, Prater Hauptallee: 10Min. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Räder mit; Abstellen im Hof oder im Radlkeller - selbstverständlich, kein Problem. Und vor Allem: Super Vermieter! Es ist bereits viel aktuelles Infomaterial in der Wohnung vorhanden. Trotzdem nochmal bei der Anreise das Angebot bei allen Fragen anzurufen. Da wir das nicht gemacht haten, rief die Vermiterin nach einigen Tagen ihrerseits bei uns an und fragte nach unserem Befinden und ob alles wunschgemäß und in Ordnung sei.- War es! Wir waren voll zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Ich habe einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Wien gemacht und die Wohnung war einfach ideal für mich. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus und/bzw. der U-Bahn leicht und schnell erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt liegt auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und sehr bequem. Ab und zu hat mich der Lärm etwas gestört, der direkt von der Straße reinkam. Allerdings war das Problem sofort weg, wenn ich einfach das Fenster zugemacht habe. In der Wohnung ist schon alles ausgestattet, was man zum "normalen" Aufenthalt braucht. Tatsächlich fiel mir dort nichts Besonderes ein, was ich lieber gehabt hätte. Von der Größe her ist die Wohnung für eine oder zwei Personen geeignet. Insgesamt habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und bin total zufrieden.

Tres bon sejour

Nous etions 4 etudiantes dans l'appartement. Nous avons été tres bien accueilli, Martine st toujours disponible en cas de besoin et regle les problemes ilm2erndiatement. Lappartement est tres propre, fonctionnel et agréable. Pour 4 il n'est pas trop petit et le lit d'appoint est tres bien. Il faut une bonne demi heure a pied pour al2er dans le centre. Merci a Martin et Barbara pour cette semaine!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

die vielen kleinen Extras machen die Ferienwohnung zur Wohlfühlwohnung. Von Servietten, Kerzen, Kaffee Kapseln, Bügeleisen, Spülmaschienen Tabs bis Staubsauger ist alles vorhanden in der neu renovierten Wohnung. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Nur das Ausziehsofa ist etwas hart zum Schlafen.
