Das Tigra was located in the InnereStadt; Therefore it was accessible to many museums, cathedrals, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman on the late evening into the morning shift. I became quite ill, and they were able to help me to arrange for a doctor to come to the hotel to see me. The housekeeping staff were also kind in helping us to maintain our room. We enjoyed our stay in Vienna very much!

Lovely boutique hotel in a very quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the main shopping and sightseeing areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful in all areas, from the reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. We were upgraded to a superior room through Expedia and it was beautiful! Will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna. Within walking distance of three Vienna Christmas markets as well as all the museums. Staff was great, rooms were clean and tidy and breakfast was delicious. Made for a great stay for us.

Although rooms are quite small, the room and bathroom were very pleasant. It was very quiet and only a short walking distance to center of Vienna.

The staff was fantastic and attentive, the property was beautiful and had a great location. I loved my stay. The only negative is that laundry was insanely expensive on property, so I wouldn't count on that as a possibility!

Absolutely lovely in all ways, except the heating was almost unbearably high. However, all other elements were fantastic. Great location, easy to walk everywhere from here, good breakfast, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Very clean and good value. Highly recommend.

Checked all the boxes for US travelers

The location was perfect for us - close but not n the midst of busy area. Loved having a nice area to relax out of our room and the abundance of treats/tea. The provision of water in the lobby is AMAZING. 2 other hotels on this trip had none and I loved ability to fill my reusable bottle. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and plenty of space for Americans accustomed to larger US rooms. Would stay again!
