This 100 mÂČ spacious first class apartment is located on the third floor of the building and is easily accessible with the elevator.

It has two quiet bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath tub, a separate toilet and a sunny balcony.

It features unlimited WiFi for free, a big flat-screen TV and many international channels, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee mashine, electric kettle.
There are working places for business people.
The bed linens and towels are included as well.

Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached within a 5-minute walk. The Gloriette Coffee House in the Schönbrunn Park offers a great view on the palace and the city.

A 10-minute walk away from the famous Schönbrunn Palace and also to the metro station U4 "Meidling Hauptstrasse", where the U4 line will take you to the city centre in 10 minutes.
The metro stations U6 Niederhofstraße is also very close and offer the possibility to reach the railway station Westbahnhof and the shopping mile in Mariahilferstrasse.

Sport activities: the walking and jogging in the park Schoenbrunn among the wonderful sculptures is unforgettable.

Great location minutes away from Schonbrunn Palace and the easy to use metro

Wonderfully spacious flat for our family of four visiting Vienna. Hristo does a great job communicating prior and during the trip with many suggestions of places to see and restaurants to try. The flat has spacious rooms with plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to make meals. Minutes away from the Schonbrunn Palace and metro to easily see other impressive locations. I would highly suggest visiting the Schönbrunn Zoo! It was so impressive with open exhibits that you almost can touch the animals. Thank you Hristo for sharing this space with us to visit Vienna!

Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sauber und großzĂŒgig ausgestattet. Moderne Möbel und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nette Wohnung

Hristo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Viele nĂŒtzliche und liebevoll zusammen getragene Informationen zur Wohnung, Umgebung und Wien allgemein wurden uns vor Anreise per PDF zugesendet und liegen ausgedruckt auch in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist nett mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Hristo war zur Anreise vor Ort und hat alles erklĂ€rt. Sie wurde uns sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben. Die Lage der Wohnung war fĂŒr uns ideal. Vieles ist dort fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen und auch der ÖPNV ist nah. Alles im Allen ein gelungener Aufenthalt 🙂

Spacious for five

Thanks to Hristo for all the information prior to our stay. The accommodation had lovely size rooms amd nice to have meals on the balcony. Nice little extras too like the coffee and sugar. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We were really getting into the swing of catching the subway and our time was up but i'm sure there is plenty more to see in a future visit. My teenage boys loved the zoo if anyone was considering visiting. Thanks Hristo 😊

Wir haben unsere Tage in Wien unendlich genossen! Das Objekt ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht, war vorhanden! Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jeder Zeit top, ebenso die Tipps (von Essen bis AusflĂŒge) und sie waren immer bemĂŒht nachzufragen, ob etwas fehlt oder ob sie noch irgendwas fĂŒr uns tun können. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Balkon und der Aufzug hat nach unseren Marsch-Tagen durch Wien auch immer gut getan ;-)

Family time at Schönbrunn Palace

Excellent condo for the family near the palace and site. We visited every day to enjoy the gardens. Location to the subway and train station were great. We were able to access the sights of Vienna quickly. Great neighborhood nearby for shopping and groceries. Our host, Hristo, was very welcoming and helpful.

Die Fewo hat uns gut gefallen,fĂŒr 4 Personen optimal.Die Lage war gut,im Stadtteil Meidling...wir waren in 10 Minuten im Schloß Schönbrunn und zur U-Bahn waren es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß,wo wir auch gleich die Tiefgarage fĂŒr unser Auto nutzten (6€ pro Tag).Supermarkt und Restaurant waren um die Ecke. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung war TOP und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Innerhalb weniger Minuten kann man die zentrale Innenstadt erreichen. Busstation und U-Bahn sind problemlos zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Kurzurlaub

Zu vier Erwachsenen waren wir im Sommer in Wien. Zu unserem GlĂŒck durften wir in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Gast sein. Sie liegt in ruhiger Umgebung im Stadtteil Meidling, also nicht ganz im Zentrum Wiens, und ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn ...) angebunden. So konnten wir alle fĂŒr uns interessanten Orte in und um Wien schnell und unkompliziert erreichen. FĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe befinden sich mehrere SupermĂ€rkte in fußlĂ€ufiger NĂ€he. In der Wohnung haben wir uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, modern und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet sowie mit allen technischen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet, die ĂŒblicherweise in einen Haushalt gehören. Ein Highlight der Wohnung ist der ĂŒberdachte Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Wir haben von ihm viele nĂŒtzliche Tipps erhalten, die uns das Reisen in Wien erleichtert haben.

Top-Wohnung in Wien!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, sehr sauber. Vom Eierschneider bis zur Schuhputzcreme ist alles vorhanden - unglaublich. FußlĂ€ufig erreicht man das Schloss Schönbrunn, die Verkehrsanbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon ist großartig. Die Gegend ist ruhig, kein VerkehrslĂ€rm. Sehr hilfreich waren die vom Vermieter touristischen und praktischen Tipps. Fazit: Unbedingt zu empfehlen! Rainer Rettinger
