Lovely, quaint (in a good way) little apartment in the heart of Vienna. Everything was in easy walking distance with plenty bars, restaurants & supermarkets within 10 minutes. The communications from the host was excellent & I’d happily recommend & stay here again

Perfect location

We loved our stay; this apartment was the perfect location for exploring Vienna. It was a very comfortable stay (a few hot nights, but it was August so couldn't be helped!) and had everything we could have needed. The apartment was also very clean and the owners made sure our check in process was easy despite them being on holiday themselves. We didn't actually cook in the apartment because Vienna spoiled us with so many nice cafes, but we would have been able to easily, should we have needed. We would highly recommend the small restaurant next door to the apartment, it was a beautiful last night meal.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Beautifully decorated with some authentic Viennese touches. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The location is great, 20 minute walk into the centre of Vienna, but trams are an option as well. There was a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

PERFECT SPOT

This charming little apt' was perfect for our trip.Centrally located with easy access for walking or public transport. A taste off old Vienna

The property was centrally located on the street level floor of a 5 story building. The interior is comprised of 3 rooms: kitchen-dining, bath, and bedroom. It is beautifully clean, nicely decorated in contemporary/historical style, and all that you need for a very pleasant stay. We walked everywhere, took the trams, saw eleven museums, ate lovely food and cooked breakfast and sometimes supper in the apt. This is a lovely VRBO.

Excellent Host

The apartment was close to all that we wanted to see and do. Very convenient. We were so impressed with our host. He greeted us in person, showed us around the place, and even helped us find a nearby parking place for our car. We had a lovely stay in a place with old world charm.

Beautiful, charming apartment in great neighborhood

My daughter and I loved our stay here. The apartment is extremely charming and comfortable and the neighborhood is an easy walk to the major sites but is out of the over-crowded tourist areas and has lot of nice restaurants and interesting shops. Christian was an amazing host.

Good location , property is clean. However, furnishing is old and worn. There was a 2 drawer chest that had pots and pans, where the top was not attached and became detached when opening top drawer, which is a safety risk. As you open the drawer it may fall toward you. The property manager mentioned for us to be careful in opening / closing the drawer.

charming and comfortable -- very Viennese!

Lovely restful hideaway from city bustle. Comfortable bed, nice linens, lots of unexpected amenities -- nice china and glassware and kitchen appliances, washing machine, a gift of wine.....and the location is superb! Christian could not have been more helpful and supportive during my stay. Nothing went as planned because of the corona virus, but I felt safe and cared for, had a wonderful time, and look forward to a return after the crisis is over.

A very quiet, clean and well located appartment. Appartment had all amenties and thought had been given to what a guest needs e.g. books, dvd player, cd player, plates, crockery, filter coffee and tea. One small suggestion and that is to replace the hair dryer with one a little more powerful. Really is a minor suggestion. Will stay again when we return to Vienna this year.

This was our first trip to Vienna and it proved to be a great experience. The weather was warm and dry, which is just what is wanted for a city break. We arrived at the airport in the early evening and were met by our taxi driver ,"meet and greet" fashion, in the arrivals area and driven to apartment front door for 27 euros. What a good start to our holiday. We strongly recommend City Airport Taxis The apartment had everything that a two people need for a comfortable stay. The location is superb for tourists. It is very close to the Rathaus underground station. Within 25 metres there is the rosnovskyundco restaurant. Reservations can be made online via their website ( rosnovskyundco.at )This proved very useful after a long days travel. Within minutes walk, from the apartment, many restaurants and cafes can be found. As can supermarkets for food and drinks. We found that the Billa shop had the best selection of food and wine all at reasonable prices. In July and August the park in front of the Rathaus is converted into an entertainment area, with numerous food and drink outlets. It also has an outdoor cinema which shows musical films every night, free of charge. All these amenities make the location of the apartment first class. We have saved the best part for last. Our host, Maurizio Giambra, was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The fact that that he lived a matter of metres away and had businesses close by, meant that he could come to the apartment at a moments notice. He also arranged for us to have a late checkout to suit our flight time. By the time our stay came to an end we felt that we had become part of his larger family. Even before we arrived we had an offer for them to book a car from the airport!!the apartment is in a great area and has everything you would need for a visit and is next door to a lovely local restaurant (very handy)Francesco was very helpful and friendly and let us use the apartment until 5pm on the day we left as we had a late flight. The bed was very comfortable,. Would thoroughly recommend this place and we will certainly be back
