The hotel was nice, in a convenient location about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which was then only a 10 minute ride to Vienna city centre. The room was good but felt a little tired, lots of scuffs and the floor was showing the wear a lot. My key card stopped working part way through my stay but the staff were very quick to sort it and helpful. There was a fan that wouldn't turn off in the room that felt quite loud at night! Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights. The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.
