Great staff, breakfast was great. Room v hot! Beds not very comfortable.

Novotel Wien City

Location isn’t perfect but good enough. The issue we had was that the heater didn’t work, it was just blowing cold air. They provided the oil filled heater which did help, so the service was good.

Under construction in front of hotel.every morning makes me crazy during staying. If noticed earlier i should not make the reservation here.
