Situated on the 5th floor with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking into the operastreet and on the back side to a quiet courtyard, therefore it is in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city center.

At 30. September 1791 was the premiere of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at this place.

There is a separate living room, a second sleeping room, a dinning room with a dining table and also separate the kitchen and a safety door. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven will give you the possibility to cook while your stay.

This apartment was fantastic and the owners went above and beyond to make sure that their guests are taken care of. They provided European to North American power adapters and a portable wifi hotspot. The apartment was clean, quiet, and within walking distance to all the major attractions.I would definitely stay here again.

Potential, poorly managed

Property has potential and is relatively spacious
not well kept/managed. Communication - messages not responded to, calls to “contact host” number are met with “wrong number, try this number” reply.Cleanliness - floors very dirty, bathroom walls moldy, sofa is beyond disgusting. Pictures - quite dated based on condition.of property. Description- no onsite parking, no dryer, washing machine spin cycle does not work
must wring clothes out by hand.

Great space with a great location

The home was spacious and perfect for our party of 4. Big floorplan with lots of room, an excellent location and a great food market a block away. Very friendly hosts who provided a nice mini tour when we arrived. Overhaul great experience.

WiFi Issues

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. However, we had difficulties with the wifi and the property manager's response was that the wifi worked 100% of the time. When I responded that it was not working I received an instruction booklet on how it should be fixed. I've stayed in many rented units and have never had such poor, impersonal response. Lack of internet put a damper on the experience.

Vienna Holiday

Had a great time in Vienna and this apartment was very convenient to see everything in Vienna. Very close to the subway and allowed for easy access to all the city sights as well as the main train station. Lots of good food and shops within walking distance along with grocery stores. Really enjoyed our time there!

Large, attractive, rental, wonderful location

Larger more spacious place than can be imagined from pictures. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Location is wonderful, great eats and attractions are an easy walk from the front door. Be aware it lacks for some perhaps expected amenities, we had to buy our own, paper product, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, and we where not given enough toilet paper for our stay and had to buy some. The kitchen is under equipped as well. First vacation rental where we had to buy our own salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, cooking oil
, no foodstuffs supplies whatsoever where there when we arrived. Luckily an abundance of well supplied Billa grocery stores are with in a lock and a half walk. The bathroom needs a new shower curtain, sans mold and the grout needs a thorough cleaning to remove the mold. The washing machine and drying rack are a great bonus for longer term stays, like ourselves. I’m a

Spacious apartment conveniently located

We were met for check-in which was nice especially taking into account that our flight was delayed. The place was very clean and spacious. Very conveniently located - could walk easily to public transportation, the Opera House and other sites, restaurants and especially convenient to get to the outdoor naschmarkt for fresh fruit, cheese and pastries. The front bedroom, which was on the main road, is a little loud with traffic when the windows were open. The back bedroom was very quiet. We were there when it was in the high 80's each day and the apartment stayed cool with the windows open and the fans on at night. The toilet was located in a small room by the front door, assuming was a closet at one time, which was a little odd as you had to leave that and walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. But that was a minor inconvenience and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna.

Great value & location in Vienna

Great value and location in Vienna. Slept 5 adults comfortably. Very clean apartment, highly functional with coffee maker and kitchen basics. On 5th floor, but there is a lift! :-) Watch outs: only fans, no air-conditioner (summer can be hot), and on a noisy street (a problem when windows need to be open at night). Otherwise very good.
