Abzocke beim auschecken

Alles in allem war die Wohnung für den Preis „in Ordnung“ Nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, wurde ich vom Inhaber angerufen, dass wir die Wohnung hätten besenrein übergeben sollen. Sprich rauskehren und Betten beziehen?! Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört. Desweiteren ging ein Lichtschalter kaputt, welcher sich bei der ersten Benutzung verabschiedete. Wurde wohl auch zur Jahrhundertwende montiert. Alles in allem haben wir eine Rechnung von 180 Euro erhalten für Reinigung und einen Lichtschalter, was eine absolute Frechheit ist. Nie wieder. Man kann nicht für vier Tage 400 Euro Miete kassieren und denken man muss die Wohnung am Ende nicht mal raus saugen. In der Dusche gab es nicht mal eine Halterung für den duschkopf.

Unterkunft grenzwertig bzgl. Sauberkeit

Matratze, Kopfkissen, Teppiche, Decke Coach und Boden schmutzig. Keine Möglichkeiten irgendwo etwas in Schränke zu räumen, da mit Vorhängeschloss gesichert. Erwartungen waren vorab nicht sehr hoch, aber die Wohnung ist völlig ungeeignet zu vermieten. Einzig die Lage im schönen Margartenviertel ist optimal.

Extravagante, ruhige Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohung ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Obwohl die nächstgelegene U-Bahn gesperrt ist, kommt man mit Bussen sehr schnell überall hin. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "extravagant", die Wohung scheint einem älteren Ehepaar gehört zu haben. Es hängen noch entsprechende Bilder an der Wand. Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr modern, nur ein Wasserkocher hat uns gefehlt.
