COSI Vientiane Nam Phu Hotel is situated within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room is liked a studio sized apartment which comes with a nice sized TV and a very small refrigerator. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Shower is okay. Everything else is average. The only weak sign is the weak to medium strength Wi-Fi signal. Customer service is satisfactory. For the price of less than $45 USD, it is worth it to stay here for 3-4 days. Thank you.

The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable, and the rooftop pool was top-tier. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Stayed one night with a few mates—definitely a huge step up from a dorm room. Would happily come back.

The location was central to the city. Easy walk to markets and park along Mekong river. Very hospital syaff. At the end of my one day stay I earned some bonus points and chose to have a pastry. Nice little extras. Would certainly return.

Paid extra for breakfast, but they told us they don't serve breakfast. They gave us meal credits instead. One lady didn't allow us to buy drinks with the credit but a different lady did a different time. The rooms are very dirty. The walls and floors are disgusting. This property is way over priced and I would steer clear if possible.

Cosi hotel is really new (maybe about 1 year old). The location is excellent where you can walk 5-10 minutes to popular restaurants and night markets. We saw a lot of tourists (young and old) walking around the area. Only thing we didn't like is that the room we were in was really small. Not sure if all the rooms are like that, but we didn't have any room to put down our 2 big suitcases. There was no iron in the room, but they have it in the laundry room on 8th floor which was ok with us. Staff were super nice and friendly. Overall, we were happy with the price and location.

The place is well maintained and clean. The staff are helpful and willing to help. It’s quiet and I love everything about this place. I highly recommend this hotel. The laundry upstairs is also a plus. You get credit for snacks as well. Best hotel in Vientiane for sure!

The Property is situated in the middle of the City. The Roof-top pool is great & great view. The option of Coupons is a great idea to redeem for items from the Lobby Cafe. The Staff are friendly, polite & conscientious.
