The room was spotless. The bathroom spacious and very clean. Location good (the hotel offers a free shuttle into the centre which is about 25 - 30 min walk). The food was delicious - especially the breakfast. Overall I couldn't fault this hotel, and would highly recommend it

The hotel was quiet and by the great Mekong River. I got this hotel because of the view and the large room. The only reason why I did not give a full 5 star was the wait to get checked in. While I do understand its peak season, the expectation is still to get your room when it’s time to check in. I was not the only one waiting too. But granted the service staff was trying their best to resolve the issue and was in constant communication with housekeeping - and for that it was much appreciated. The room was clean and large. The balcony view was excellent. I would have loved to have a drink at the rooftop bar, but unfortunately was closed for the 2 days I was there. They provide a free shuttle to 2 locations, including the night market. Their breakfast was good with international and some limited local dishes as well. There was also a pool and a fairly decent gym with free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and some machines. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are incredible. Very kind and very helpful. Special mention to Vi in the morning buffet, she made our 9 day visit egrn more special with her kindness. Room was kept vry clean and well stocked. Applauds to the housekeeping staff.

Nice property, the various restaurants in particular were very nice and food was really good although some items were extremely overpriced. I live in Hawai'i and some of the prices were the same as at home which shocked me. Restaurant staff was phenomenal, warm and friendly. I would not stay there again though simply because of the location - not convenient at all and kind of in an odd spot, honestly. It is right on the river but it's not particularly scenic and It's a 15 minute taxi ride to any of the major tourist sites. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the night market but there are numerous hotels right there you could choose instead.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The staff are all polite and very friendly. The breakfast selection was very good but know that you are not allowed to eat in your room. It seems only beverages are allowed in there. Overall the rooms are clean, but we did notice that there was a mark on our sheet for the blanket that wouldn’t come off. We didn’t think it was a big deal as the sheets are cleaned just the mark didn’t come off. The only issue we had was the sealing for the bottom of the shower as part of it was open which leaked into the other part of the bathroom. It should’ve been sealed all around. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Hotel sits directly in the Mekong river. Feels upscale compared to many others and the price is right. Would definitely return. Pool area could be a bit bigger, gets crowded in the evening, but I didn’t even care to swim anyways. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel service was great. We requested a larger room, with a good view of the river and extra pillows which the provided. They also provided a free shuttle bus pickup from the airport and the best part is they a have free shuttle bus service every hour to the city centre so you don’t need to walk or get transport. I couldn’t recommended any better.
