Expansive Excellence

We rented the entire property to enjoy with our friends and family. Berto, the property manager, was prompt in his replies and helped us with our needs. The beds were very comfortable, linens were soft and the showers were hot- what more can you ask for! We also loved the proximity to the beach and the views were unparalleled. The elevation allowed us to enjoy the tradewinds and spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks on Vieques, Culebra and the main island. The areas to relax and/or play were numerous and kept us all entertained when we werren't off exploring the island. The beds were very comfortable, linens were soft and the showers were hot- what more can you ask for! If you rent this home, you will not be disappointed.

Paradise

We used 7 bedrooms, with six bathrooms. For a school group of 14 high school students, and 4 adults, having such ample space with options for people to sleep in and bathe, made things a lot easier. There was a nice kitchen making breakfast convenient. TVs in living spaces, pool table, and a fooseball table. We could see the ocean from our balcony. It literally was 1.5 blocks from the house. Vieques Island allows horses to roam free, and a nice group of horses with a pony came a half a block from the house. A local pig also enjoyed saying hi. They were a hit with our group. It was "far" from the city, walking distance, so having a list of taxi drivers, or a rental car, or a golf cart would make for transporting easier. Going to Esperanza where the BioBay tour leaves, took only a 15-minute drive. Black Beach, the big Ceiba tree, Navy Pier, the fort are also interesting places to see while on Vieques. Restaurants are delicious. We tried Bili´s Restaurant which was not only great food, but had a wonderful view of the sunset on the southern coast in Esperanza. Rancho Choly had great seafood, and chicken options, with plantain combinations. The manager of the house met us at the door when we came in to see if we needed anything. He stayed in contact with us by messages.

Great!

Great place for a large group. Transportation works if you use a taxi or rental, definitely too far to walk from the ferry terminal. Something for the owners to consider is a golf cart that could be used to make short trips into town for grocery runs, restaurants, etc. All things considered, great place. They even let us use the pool next door!

Above and Beyond!

This house exceeded our expectations! The property manager, Berto, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. We had a wide range of people staying from our 1 year old baby to friends and our parents and everyone appreciated the property. The view is breathtaking! I’d recommend this stay to anyone and everyone :)

Big blue house with awesome ocean view

Our group loved our stay! Fantastic sunrise and sunset views! You could see from El Yunque on Puerto Rico to the British Virgin Islands. The horses made a daily stop to say hello and the beach was an easy distance to take a quick swim or walk on the beach.

Great house, great location

We had a whirlwind trip out to Vieques, but this house was perfect for our needs. We had a large group (23) and everyone had plenty of room. Beautiful views from the hilltop location and a short walk to a perfect beach for children.

Great Vacation House

Had a group of 18. House was great and minor issues were attended to promptly by property manager/booking agent. Both Carlos and VIctor were very accommodating. Beautiful view and short walk to beach if you prefer to stay onsite. Many beaches to drive to within 1/2 hour.

Beautiful house

1. A car is absolutely needed for this location. 2. Hot water only worked on one out of the three showers. Maintenance was unable to fix. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience.
