Our magnificent villa will allow you to relax on our pleasant wooden terrace next to the swimming pool secured by an alarm. The view of the pine forest and the dune will offer you a guaranteed change of scenery.
As an added bonus, you can hear the sound of the waves at certain times of the day. The beach is only a 12-minute walk away.

Our villa of 120 m2, which can accommodate 8 people, is 1200m from the beach of Les Sablères, 1600m from the marine lake, 1300m from the city centre. Shops and cycle paths are nearby!

The air-conditioned villa includes:
- an entrance hall with cupboard
- a living room where you can relax together in a large corner sofa and armchairs
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, storage cupboards) with a bar with stools
- a dining room with a modular table
- a cellar with a door with direct access to the outside, a washing machine and dryer, a second fridge freezer and a large storage space on shelves
- four bedrooms including a master suite (160 cm bed) with dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet, two bedrooms with 160 cm bed (one of which has a baby bed with bars for a child from 0 to 5 years old) and a bedroom with a single bed 80 or two 160 cm beds.
- a bathroom with a large bathtub, a sink area and storage space
- a separate toilet

** Bed linen and towels are not provided for less than 4 nights. However, if you wish to benefit from them, you will have to pay the rental and laundry fees in addition:

- a swimming pool (2.20 x 8m) with deckchairs and various armchairs to relax
