A lovely, spacious Domus Iberica Burgau townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free Wi Fi,  Air Con, electric shutters and well-maintained private pool, Villa 15 is in a great location just a short walk to village restaurants and sandy Burgau Beach.

A friendly multi-lingual sign in the outer amenity space welcomes you to the villa and beside the front door is a key safe and hand sanitiser for your use. Off the entrance hall a guest bathroom off the hall has a shower and WC and there is also useful table and chair in this area.

The delightful living room, decorated in fresh, pleasing shades of blues, has doors opening onto a sunny patio with four sun loungers to relax by the private pool. The attractive lounge has a comfy corner couch and a 43" Smart TV, while the dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a high-chair is available on request. Doors from the living room open onto the gorgeous patio near the private pool offering alternative choices for al fresco dining.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, combination-microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, pots & pans. It has a door to the patio and pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table, chairs and parasol for special family meals by the pool.

A generous stone staircase from the hallway leads to the two en-suite bedrooms upstairs. With 2 new beds, the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC, fitted wardrobe and a little balcony with a countryside view. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and a baby cot. Its en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, bidet and toilet. A sunny veranda off this bedroom has a table and 2 chairs and views of the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, a protected natural area stretching all along the coast to the west.

The villa has free wi fi, full air conditioning and electric shutters. There is free parking on the quiet road outside, which has no through traffic. The property is very well loved and cared for and the pool is regularly serviced. This is an ideal choice for a small family or for couples wanting a relaxed holiday close to all amenities and a beautiful beach. The nearest restaurant is 2 mins walk, with village shops from 5 mins walk and the sandy Blue Flag Beach is 8 mins walk through the charming little village streets.
The coastline to the west is stunning and inland there are wooded hills and mountains, charming little villages and beautiful scenery to discover.

Parfait

Maison parfaitement conforme Ă  l’annonce (photos et descriptif). Nous avons passĂ© un fabuleux sĂ©jour dans cette maison : - bien situĂ©e dans un quartier calme de Burgau proche du bourg et de la plage (tout se fait Ă  pied facilement) - trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (il ne nous a rien manquĂ©) - trĂšs propre - bien dĂ©corĂ©e et tous les Ă©quipements sont en bon Ă©tat - espace extĂ©rieur superbe (belle piscine, transats, barbecue et un coffre avec plein de jouets d’eau et gonflables pour les enfants) - place de parking juste devant Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Les consignes d’arrivĂ©e sont claires et un guide est Ă  disposition en arrivant. Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait et nous reviendrons sans hĂ©sitation.

Perfect location for families

We spent 11 days in Burgau and had a wonderful time. We hired a car as decided to fly into Lisbon and spend sometime there on our way home. The villa is very easy to find and there was plenty of parking available. Inside the villa when we arrived it was clean and fully equipped with everything you may need, including beech and pool toys for the kids. We didn’t need them but there is a cot, high chair and children plates, cups and utensils. The area is just perfect, not too busy and with a 5 minute walk to the beach an ideal location. We fell in love with the local bakery which did smoothies that the kids enjoyed. The pool was a little on the cold side but during the heat of the day very welcome. We absolutely loved our time in Burgau, the relaxed vibe and small local restaurants away for the busy tourist areas was perfect. Located only 30 minutes away from Slide & Splash which the kids enjoyed. The location is also ideal to explore the area and we did day trips to Silves, Monchique, Lagos, Sagres and Portimão. We will defiently come back to the area and this villa.

Lovely house

All in all, the house is lovely, although I did have to buy teaspoons from the Chinese shop in the village (there was one when we arrived!) and a couple of mugs as there weren't enough for more than a day or two. Also not many glasses. However, these were minor inconveniences - Candida was very responsive and helpful and the location was excellent. Would recommend.

Perfect snow escape

Excellent property. Very well fitted out, especially in the kitchen. Very comfy mattresses. Great location. Pool rim could do with a good clean. sweet and helpful housekeeper. WĂš would definitely come back.

It is a good villa in a good location but I had issues with the cleaning, especially the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool, and the quality of some furnishings. However, I took up my issues with the agents who refunded me an agreeable amount very promptly.

Amazing Burgau Amazing Villa

We had an absolutely wonderful Holiday in Burgau. This is our 6th time visiting and again we were NOT disappointed. The village is wonderful, with a beautiful beach and some beautiful Restaurants. The Villa was absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The villa manager was also amazing and more than helpful for everything we needed. We will definitely go back and to this villa too. Would highly recommend this villa and Burgau. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

PassĂĄmos uma Ăłtima semana num local lindĂ­ssimo e excelente para descansar. A propriedade corresponde em absoluto ao anĂșncio: tudo muito limpo e com uma excelente piscina e espaço exterior. Todas as nossas dĂșvidas foram esclarecidas de forma clara e cĂ©lere. A aldeia, a 5 minutos a pĂ©, possui bons restaurantes. Tudo muito bom!

Overall, we were delighted with the property. We did find the directions very difficult and lost a bit of time finding it. Perhaps the actual address in the title would be beneficial? Candida was very helpful but we were dealing with a language barrier. Basic condiments would have been very much appreciated, ie salt, pepper, sugar and oil. It was a lovely spot in a quiet neighbourhood which is just what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend it for 2 couples. Thanks/ obrigada

Una casa encantadora

Casa estupenda, a cinco minutos andando de la playa. Con piscina privada, tres cuartos de baños completamente equipados, la Ășnica pega, recomendarĂ­a mĂĄs utensilios de cocina tipo sartenes, cazos. Solo tienen una sartĂ©n y ollas muy grandes que no son nada prĂĄcticos para hacer la comida diaria. Por lo demĂĄs la recomiendo sin duda, muy tranquila para viajar en familia.
