Stylish semi-detached villa in one of the most beautiful regions of Portugal.

Location.
Our house is located in a park with 27 semi-detached villas, central to this park is the communal swimming pool with separate children's pool. Swimming pool is heated from March to November.
Cars may only enter and exit the park. There is ample parking on the edge of the park, only for residents of the Quinta.

Place.
Quinta da Aldeia is next to Figuera, which place about 10 km. is located in one of the most beautiful towns on the Algarve, Lagos.

Layout house.
Entrance on the middle floor, downstairs 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including one with shower and bath,
upstairs 1 large bedroom with bathroom.
Large terrace (135 m2) with a view over the Vincentina National Park with its forests, dunes and beaches.
Both livingroom, kitchen and upstairs bedroom have a balcony, while the 2 downstairs bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace.

Surroundings.
In the area are many small, originally fishing villages with small intimate beaches such as. Burgau, Salema and Praia de Luz. The beach of Figuera is about 20 minutes walk.
Lagos is surrounded by 7 special sandy beaches, each of which is surrounded by picturesque red or golden yellow rocks.
On the east side of Lagos is the long sandy beach of Mei Praia without rocks but with dunes.
