The salt water pool is fenced in with lockable gates, and this also has panoramic views. There are lots of nice walks in the area, straight out of the house. And there's much to explore in the area, from beaches, rivers and mountains, to old villages, farmer markets and restaurants. As day trips, Porto, Peneda-Gerês National Park and Galicia in Spain are all good ideas. We're officially registered for tourism as an Alojamento Local. We've been doing holiday rentals here since 2008 and we've had lots of happy guests. Summer is the most popular time to visit, but it's a lovely place to visit year-round.
