- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds (1 en suite) and with built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, the en-suite with a corner shower and the other with a bath for shared use with the other bedrooms.

- Attic: 1 large bedroom en suite, the bathroom with corner shower. Access to a terrace.

Lovely property - Building site nextdoor currently

The property is lovely, modern, spacious. Exactly as listed inside. However there is a building site directly next door...attached to the boundary wall, a new block of flats/houses going up. Work happening until early evening, loud, overlooked and dusty. This wasn't listed online or mentioned upon booking or at any time I communicated with the booking agency before we arrived to check in on the day and saw and heard the building site. However, the property manager acted quickly once I'd called to say this wasn't what I wanted/it isn't acceptable. They found us another 2 property options in the area, took us to see the one we preferred from the online listing and helped us move our belongings to the new property the same day we arrived to this building site property. This meant that on day 2 we woke up and had a great holiday in a different place listed than this one here and all was not ruined! This place could be great, just not until the building work next door is finished!

Casa muito interessante com espaço e localização ideal para grupos/famílias), no entanto com vários problemas de fácil resolução que afectam significativamente a qualidade da estadia.A limpeza é boa mas alguns locais são esquecidos; a cozinha precisa de uma limpeza profunda.Piscina simpática mas a necessitar de manutenção (vários ladrilhos soltos etc). Vários detritos quando chegámos . Foi também necessário solicitar que fosse entregue uma rede para limpeza.O estacionamento provavelmente o maior problema. Apenas e só por simpatia dos vários vizinhos com quem fui obrigado a intervir, colocar\retirar o carro no estacionamento lateral da casa é um pesadelo. Entendemos por conversa com os mesmos, que é já uma "guerra" antiga, situação à qual os proprietários da habitação são aparentemente indiferentes. A garagem interior da casa, caso fosse disponibilizada, resolveria toda esta situação. Não existe estacionamento público legal na proximidade da casa, pelo que resolver este tema é altamente prioritário.Não anunciada a impossibilidade de carregamento EV no anuncio, apenas e só quando recebemos detalhes da reserva e parte do pagamento feito. Inconcebível esta situação em 2025.O grelhador\BBQ está num estado significativo de degradação. Requer substituiçãoO AC da Sala faz um barulho considerável, requer manutenção. Os restantes funcionam ok.
