It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation has a bathroom with a bathtub and a living-dining room with access to a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying pleasant summer evenings.



The American kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery, offering everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant stay.



Among its equipment, you will find air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, bedding and towels.

The building has a lift and a communal swimming pool, open during the summer season (from 20 June to 14 September).
