We had a fantastic time at the PortAventura Gold River Hotel. We stayed in the Wild West area—it was incredible! The setting was so immersive, the kids were thrilled, and everyone we met was super friendly. I highly recommend it for a fun family getaway!

Really enjoyed the overall visit, facilities were great, buffet was well organised! Unfortunately I did have someone next to me who had a child making a lot of noise so it did mean not much sleep, but would happily return! Staff were very friendly also!

Food in the park is terrible and expensive and the food times at the hotel are very strange ended up spending extra to go into Salou for edible food

Overall some of the staff in the parks were incredibly rude. Overall the hotels fine, but the efficiencies of the park and hotel operations really let things down.

Stayed at Callaghan's (part of Gold River Hotel). Quiet hotel, big rooms and good beds. Easy parking, delicious breakfast and buffet dinner. Hotel is closeby entrance of Port Aventura, has a great swimming pool. Staff is friendly.
