Discover the best terrace in La Pineda! This semi-renovated penthouse is located right on Paseo Pau Casals, the nerve centre of La Pineda. Just opposite the Pinar del Perruquet. Surrounded by all kinds of services, restaurants and a stone's throw from Aquopolis Costa Daurada. You won't need a car for anything.



DISTRIBUTION

- Living room with open kitchen.

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Second bedroom (added by construction work) with 2 single beds. To access the second bedroom, you must enter from the terrace or through the bathroom.

- Bathroom with shower. The interior shower is located in the bedroom area (check the photos if you have doubts).

- Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water.



GOOD TO KNOW:

- The lift does not reach the floor. You must go up to the top floor on foot via the stairs.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is exclusively rented to families.

- Pets are not allowed

- 1 air conditioning split in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.

- Outdoor parking space. Upon request and with a supplement.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



EXTRA:

Crossing the street you will find the Pinar de Perruquet Park. During the summer, family shows, summer cinema and habaneras concerts are organised there. This urban park of 2.5 hectares is located in front of La Pineda beach. It is an ideal space to enjoy the landscape and nature in a privileged situation, in the first line of the sea. We find century-old pine trees with curious shapes resulting from the force of nature, along with an artificial pergola that mimics the forms and sinuous movement when winds blow from the sea. It is ideal to walk under the imposing pine forest and let yourself be carried away by the sea breeze while the little ones have fun splashing in the pond or swinging in the various children's playgrounds.
