Detached house (200 sqm) on 3 floors with internal staircase and 4 bedrooms for 8 people, 2 bathrooms (2 showers) and 3 balconies overlooking the sea. Newly renovated house with new furniture and appliances (energy class E). Equipped with all comforts kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, sofa. The location is convenient for excursions to Reggio Calabria, Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Taormina and the Aeolian Islands.
