Appartement qui se trouve au 1er étage avec ascenseur . Confortable, spacieux et calme situé à 300m à pieds de la plage de sable fin. Dans la résidence se trouve également piscine et cours de paddle.

Un sentier de randonnée se trouve en face offrant une vue magnifique de Bénidorm (torre el Aguillo). Samedi et mardi se trouve le grand marché de la Cala en bas de la résidence et commerces et restaurants à proximité. Parking privé pour la voiture.
