Gîte on 2 levels. 1st level: living room-kitchen, lounge area, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (1 double bed), separate WC. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds / 4 double beds including 2 bunk beds / 2 single beds that can be combined into 1 double bed) including 2 with private bathroom, separate WC. 2 terraces and shared grounds (2000m²). 4-person electric sauna outside. Carport for 2/3 cars. Total floor area: 110 m² including attic areas. Country chalet located 1.5 km from the slopes of the vast Paradiski area via Villaroger-les Arcs. Charming, typical Haute-Tarentaise village on the edge of the forests at the gateway to the Vanoise Natural Park. Very quiet. Exposed hillside. Very comfortable. Warm mountain character. Private sauna. Large, exposed & shaded terrace. Pleasant little garden + vast natural grounds (2000m² of orchard & meadow). Beautiful view. Ski Villaroger-les Arcs/Paradiski 1.5 km, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise 7 km, Tignes-Brévières/Espace Killy 13 km, La Rosière 1850/San Bernardo 15 km, Val d'Isère/Espace Killy 21 km. Cross-country skiing 4.5 km. Swimming pool 11 km. Developed and supervised lake 21 km. Golf and water sports center 19 km. Charming, typical & authentic Haute-Tarentaise village nestled in the heart of nature on the edge of forests at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park & the Italian border. Ultra-privileged location at the crossroads of many reference ski areas including some of world renown: Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise 7 km away, Tignes-Brévières 13 km away (Espace Killy), La Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 15 km away (the only ski area straddling France and Italy in Savoie-Mont-Blanc), Val d'Isère 21 km away (Espace Killy).
