Grande maison propice pour accueillir des grands groupes avec beaucoup de couchages et d’espace adaptĂ©s (salle Ă  manger, salle de danse, espace extĂ©rieur etc). La conciergerie est trĂšs rĂ©active et nous a aidĂ© Ă  rĂ©gler les diffĂ©rents problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s. En revanche, deux bĂ©mols : - Le logement n’était pas trĂšs propre - La cuisine est trop petite, pas assez Ă©quipĂ©e et le frigo beaucoup trop petit par rapport Ă  la capacitĂ© d’accueil de 24 personnes

La maison est une belle et grande maison avec de nombreuses piĂšces et chambres. Les contacts se font via une conciergerie qui est rĂ©active et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Malheureusement nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cus par cette location: la maison semble plus destinĂ©e Ă  des sĂ©jours courts qu'Ă  une location d'une semaine pour une famille (notre cas). Les Ă©quipements pour cuisiner sont insuffisants et parfois vĂ©tustes (frigidaires); la vaisselle n'Ă©tait pas propre et nous avons du relaver assiettes et couverts que nous avons utilisĂ©s. Pas de lave linge proposĂ© (la conciergerie nous a dĂ©pannĂ©).Certaines piĂšces (2Ăšme Ă©tage) sont difficilement utilisables : lit "clic-clac" dans l'une des chambres et absence de fenetre dans l'autre chambre (dortoir).Il y a un manque de pression dans certaines sdb.Aucune table ni chaise n'est installĂ©e dans la maison : elles sont dans une annexe et c'est Ă  chacun d'aller chercher et monter ce dont il a besoin.Le parquet de la salle Ă  manger Ă©tait fragile et partiellement effondrĂ© sur une zone de 50 cm par 50 cm qu'il faut protĂ©ger. La "piscine" qui figure dans le descriptif s'est avĂ©rĂ©e ĂȘtre un petit bassin hors sol de 2 m x 2 m et de 50 cm de profondeur ...La partie centrale du jardin est jouxtĂ©e par 2 autres parcelles qui ne sont pas entretenues et servent de dĂ©potoirs ce qui nuit Ă  l'esthĂ©tique du jardin louĂ©.La cour qui dessert la maison est partagĂ©e avec d'autres logements.Un entretien approfondi de cette maison semble nĂ©cessaire.
