Disliked: Cleanliness
Amenities was very poor, unkept and dirty! Not what was advertised. Floors were very dirty, cockroaches droppings on kitchen stove fan. Kitchen sink tap was so loose it was very hard to direct the water, in the bottom section no air condition, it was advertised as with kitchenette, all there was was a sink and refrigerator, no utensils, no kettle or toaster. No top sheet on all beds only Donna, don’t know how clean it was! As there was bed bugs, my Grandson had no sleep with itching!! We dealt with all of this I could go on and on , it spoilt our once a year holiday, my daughter and her husband are both nurses and work very hard for them to be so disappointed. Coral Hamill
