Situated on a 750 m² estate with a swimming pool, this luxurious and modern 5-star villa is located in a quiet area of Rosulje on the island of Vir. This villa is ideal for accommodating 12 persons.
On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with pool view, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is one separate toilet. On the second floor, there is another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and private bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, guests of the villa can enjoy a mini wellness area equipped with a jacuzzi and a sauna, as well as a sun deck (roof terrace 84 m²) with loungers and sea view. The villa also has a basement that is divided into a bedroom with a double bed equipped with air conditioning and satellite television, a gym and a games room with table tennis, table football, darts and pool table.
Terrace on the ground floor 67 m² includes fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining room with sitting area for 12 persons and access to a unique 13 meters long (84,5 m²) swimming pool, with integrated pool loungers in the shallow part of the pool ideal for children.
