It's a chef's kitchen with 2 gas ranges, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large center island for work station, storage and seating for 4. The main large dining table seats 12 and there is a second dining table that seats 8. The elevator is centrally located through all three levels. Two king master suites are on this level.

The second level has 4 master bedrooms, each with a private bath. There is a king bedroom with access to the mid-level deck. The master with 2 Duo Bunks has access to the front mid-level deck. The laundry room is on this level with 2 sets full size stackable washer/dryers. The other two masters have king beds and all the delightful appointments you would expect from a vacation rental of this caliber.

The ground-level has one king master suite with access to the patio and pool deck. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed a double over double bunk bed that shares a full bath with the hallway, for a “semi-private” master bath. Let the games begin! Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
