The main department does a pretty good job here at the cleaning people doing a really good job. The front desk is lousy.

Worst mattress! Hotels need to know memory form remembers ... sagging mattresses, and quite noisy. And no cooked eggs at breakfast :-(

there was feces on the toilet seat and also smelled of feces in the bathroom. There also is no ventilation in the bathroom so no way to air it out without stinking up the room. The air conditioner was very loud and sounded like it was about to break. There was also water spilled and trash in the elevator from 3pm until atleast 10pm. Decent location and not far from the beach. Room does have a few showtime movie channels. Bed was made nicely and towels rolled nicely. The chair reclines. Its 50/50, not the worst hotel ive ever stayed in for sure but just a few little improvements in cleanliness and itd be great

When I received my room key and headed to room, it was an odor of cigarette smoke. When walking into my room 410, there was a man staying there. I quickly walked out the room and complained to hotel staff. They quickly fixed the problem and I received my hotel room, yet it still smelled of cigarettes.

The property was in poor standards. The property front desk was not inviting and not professional. The elevator did not work properly; had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. My partner leg gave away. The tv was going in and out. The noise level out night was to the capacity of level for noise. The stay was unpleasant and I am requesting a refund. I have pictures for evidence.

I was charged extra fees without explanation. I still never received compensation from previous stay with a tv that never worked properly the whole time
