I enjoyed the free drink chip, and location. Our sink was broken, water would not drain. The toilet would not flush and took several tries to get it down. The last inconvenience is the door wouldn't latch securely so we put a chair up against for safety just incase. Update overall is very needed.

The lobby of the hotel is great!! Games, a slide, and pinball! Very fun atmosphere! Rooms are comfortable and cool vibes. The downside: the elevator SHAKES!!! It's very disconcerting riding up to the 7th floor. Also, they should consider new carpet, they chose a solid teal color that shows all of the stains in this fairly new property. Felt dingy.

The staff was very nice! Bad parts: The maid did not make our bed. One of the light bulbs was missing in a bedside lamp. The latch to our balcony door broke off (we were still able to open the door), the hotel washer and dryer did not take coins.
