Villa Sabina is a beautiful modern villa with a private pool and four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. In the villa's garden there is a private pool to cool off on hot days and sun loungers where you can relax and unwind. There is a comfortable lounge near the pool where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea in the morning. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue where you can show off your grilling skills. The lounge is perfect for al fresco meals with family and friends.
As you enter the villa from the garden, you will find yourself in the spacious open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a sliding door that leads directly into the garden with pool. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the garden. A private single-phase socket and a secure type 2 charger for charging electric vehicles are available and included in the price.
