There are three different types of holiday homes for rent at Holiday Park Emslandermeer. There's a standard 6-person holiday home (NL-9541-21). This house is beautifully furnished and features a living room and open kitchen. There are houses of this type with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, or three bedrooms on the first floor. There are always two single beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. Some holiday homes feature two bathrooms, while others feature one bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower. There is a separate toilet and a storage room with charging point for electric bikes. There's also a comfort type with the 6-person holiday home (NL-9541-22). This holiday home features a living room with TV on the ground floor with a (limited range of) German channels. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher. You'll find a shower in the bathroom. There are houses of this type with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, or three bedrooms on the first floor. There are always two single beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. Finally, there is the 8-person comfort holiday home (NL-9541-23). This holiday home features a living room with TV on the ground floor with a (limited range of) German channels. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher and a combination microwave or oven. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is also one bedroom with two single beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which with two single beds and one with two bunkbeds. There are, however, holiday homes with a different bedroom layout (three bedrooms upstairs with a total of eight single beds, whether or not set up for two people, or one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and two bedrooms upstairs with two bunkbeds each). All holiday homes feature a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space for two cars. The exterior, interior and furnishings differ between holiday homes. The photos shown, the description and the layout are only an indication. The holiday homes are available in a semi-detached and/or detached version.
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand.
