On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with access to the terrace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. If you go up the stairs, you will reach three comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms on the upper floor have their own exit to a balcony. The perfect place to drink your morning coffee! The house is located in a development under construction.
