I didn't like this hotel, the breakfast was lacking and the bathroom in the room was tacky no bars to hang your towels on the shower curtain was raggly The only thing was good about it was the beds were comfortable and the double room was spacious but yeah I won't be staying there again

Staff was very rude I had to wait 2 hours for them to change the bed that should’ve been changed before I checked in, they have baby roaches so there’s more forsure, and the staff will try to accuse you of smoking in the room for coming back smelling like smoke. I had my 3 year old overall very uncomfortable, would not recommend

Breakfast did not offer too many good quality foods and the rooms had wallpaper tearing from the walls. The pool area has so much rust around the metal layers getting into the pool and the pool floor was peeling. Had to always ask for shampoo and towels because we were not provided those within the room.

In spite of requesting it every day, we only got housekeeping 1 of the 4 days. Ripped shower curtain. No TV guide in the room and the guide in the TV was not working. Very unfriendly staff. Un-attentive and no welcome or smiles. Buffet breakfast was lame so we skipped it. Several broken HVAC units stored in the hallways. Other equipment on hand trucks in the lobby. Very poor presentation. But the room was clean. We will never stay here again.

A number of issues with room. No toilet paper holder. Shower curtain was frayed. Toilet did not flush properly. It was on some type of hyper water save which required three flushes. No shower towel mat. You had to use a bath towel for the floor.looks like they try to do their own repairs rather than using a pro. Ugly caulking job on bottom of bathroom door was swollen and screwed to keep it together. Pillows in bed were 1/3 size bricks and impossible to sleep on. And finally the air conditioner was a disaster. They had it on hyper energy save. I had a ms bike charity ride the next day and had to wake up early. Went to bed at 8 and woke up an hour later broiling with no air moving in the room. The thermostat claimed it was 68. No way. It acts on motion sensor and unless you move in the room , it’s off. I kept waking up and eventually the room cooled down. The owners of this hotel don’t care about your comfort. They care about profit and scraping every last dime out of you.

We had to remind the desk to clean the room daily and bring in new towels. The bed was not made the last night, we notified the front desk but they didn’t tel the maid. We had to ask for towels everyday. The auxiliary lock on the door was broken so security could have been compromised. We got a do not disturb hanger for the door after a few days but there was no hanger to request for making up the room. The breakfast was unappetizing so we never ate there. Allinall it was the worst place we stayed in the last 30 years. Comfort Inn should not allow this place to have their name.

The staff is courteous and helpful. I like the pool and use it at least once every time I stay there. However we brought our own towels to the pool, there don’t ever seem to be towels in the pool area. It is convenient to my grandsons’ home 😊
