Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - A sunny, semi-enclosed garden shared with the owners, with a swing for children. - A 20 mÂČ west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vougy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. The car park is outside and tarmac, and can accommodate all types of car.
The D1205 road and the A40 motorway between Cluses and Bonneville make it easy to get to all the surrounding towns.
Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. It is not permitted to leave your pet alone in the accommodation. The owners will take care of your pet and/or take it for a walk if necessary during your absence. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Towels not included. - The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owners, who may also use the garden. - Bicycle hire (road or mountain bikes) available on site for âŹ5 per person per day. Beautiful property with gorgeous views. Great base to be a short drive to the mountains and attractions. I would happily stay again. Owners are helpful and gave good communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Prachtige woning, alles aanwezig om er een geslaagde vakantie van te maken. Mooie omgeving om stevige wandelingen te maken. Shoppen is niet mogelijk in de directe omgeving. Meer van Annecy is een absolute aanrader, maar vroeg aanwezig zijn. Parkeren is anders te moeilijk. Lafayette parking is een aanrader maar wel wat verder lopen. GenĂšve zeker niet vergeten. Chamonix qua afstand overslaan of je moet naar de Mont Blanc willen gaan. Grote Supermarkt (super U) inclusief hele goede pizzeria (les clus) naast de wasstraat van de super U. Tevens goedkoop tanken. Mooie attentie van host bij aankomst. Punt van verbetering: instructie, regels, afvalverwerking, noodnummers in meerdere talen toevoegen in woningmap.
