I have stayed here many times over the years. They seem to always have key card issues. This last visit the key cards didn't even get handed out as the entire system was down. You had to go to the front desk and the manager would walk you to your room and let you in every time you needed access. It was a nightmare when you have a dog that needed to go out often. Walking back to the lobby every time was not fun. They didnt offer any discount, free pet fee, etc... I was very disappointed and will reconsider staying there anymore.

Emergency stop due to highway closure. Staff handled the chaos with calm, friendly and professional attitudes. They even put out snacks for trapped travelers. I’d definitely stay here again - hopefully under better circumstances next time!
