Check in was smooth, they let us know about free breakfast in the morning. The hotel has multiple entrances for easier access to your room. It was clean and the room was spacious. Had great ac, enough storage/closet space for luggage, and quiet.

Management not responsive to issues.

Maybe we just got a bad room. But the coffee / tea maker water container was full of a brown scum filled liquid and there was no toilet paper in the room. The lady on duty was responsive, but it took a bit of our first evening getting that handled. Also discovered some sort of small ants, with wings on the first night. Day 2 there was a big delay in room refreshment. But after asking for help, it got done. On night 2 there were dozens of these same small winged ants everywhere. Bathroom, walls ceilings and beds and even swimming in the toilet. But, my biggest complaint is that I emailed the hotel GM and Sales Manager and after a week, I got no response back at all. Seems like I was just totally ignored. I was looking for a regular place to stay since we now have a new grandchild in the Waco area, but due to managerial non response, I can not recommended this location. Over all it was not a good stay. So we will look for other options in the future in the Waco area. The breakfast options were decent and the staff was very friendly, but the management seems missing from this location. I recommend considering other options for a south Waco stay. I’m not sure why our concerns were where never addressed by management. It’s sad…

The staff was very nice. The facility was beautiful. We had an issue with the shower curtain in our handicap room. They hung the curtain rod on the wrong side on the shower ledge that keeps the water inside so it can drain. I just can't believe that they had not been told this before. Very disappointed since I had to clean up.

Excellent, welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi was unreliable at times and there was a musty smell on the first floor. Breakfast and coffee were great!

We were disappointed because the pool was closed due to the pool guy not showing up. The coffee in the lobby was cold, and no regular coffee ☕ n the room. But other than that, friendly staff and clean lobby and room. The pool guy is to blame, not the hotel staff.

Our neighbor spoke on the phone so loudly all morning that I could understand every word of his conversation. This is due to thin walls/adjoining door without proper insulation sealing. The entire property had a feeling of “cheap construction/materials”.
