VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The staff was great but the room was below par. The beds were amazing and slept great. The bathroom was dirty with paint in the tub and the shower head was pulled out from the wall making it unusable. It was filthy and the door looked like someone had put their fist through it and the bottom of it was rotted. Very disappointed in the overall property and would NOT RECOMMEND IT. The beds were the only good thing about it. They were very comfortable.

This was a basic room which was okay but it was pretty worn. I did not expect a lot from a cheap stay. Daily service for the room which was nice. Unfortunately you share the room with cockroaches. I would have given a better review because my expectations were not high due to the price but bugs just ruined it.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below expectations. The room was not clean, and I found bugs both in the room and in the shower area. The shower was not functioning properly, and the coffee pot provided was also dirty. Additionally, the window in my room was cracked, and there was no secondary lock on the door, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. I hope you will take these issues seriously and address them to ensure a better experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to resolve this matter.

Broken TV, said it was located in downtown Waco. It is not. It's right off the highway. Not very clean. TV broken in room. The mattress move off the bed frame while sleeper. Bathrooms are dirty. No manager on property.

It was ok, just for one night.. but everything wasn’t very clean, looks like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a bit. The air fan in the bathroom was broken and the shower knobs worked opposite for the hot and cold water. The bedsheets felt very itchy.

No hospitality

Checked in at 3 am—noticed the room looked rough and devoid of furniture but since our first business meeting was at 8 am we fell into the extremely uncomfortable bed and slept as well as possible. In the morning, went to take a shower and the shower didn’t work. The non-working shower was reported, and the problem was never addressed for the rest of the day! After the business day, the shower still not working, we insisted on changing rooms. In the new room, which was next door, the bed was still awful but the shower worked. Staff was indifferent about our challenges with the room.
