Blue House is a comfy, stylish home base to easily visit all of Waco! Easy access to I-35 providing a straight shot to Magnolia, McLane Stadium, and the Baylor campus. The master suite has a king bed, its own private bathroom, and 40" TV. The second bedroom has queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers two twins. Open concept great room has common space including kitchen, dining, and living area with smart 50" TV. Back yard has large covered patio w/ 2 tables, gas grill, and privacy fence. The entire property is fenced, including the front yard, making it a great place for pets.
We provide stylish modern white linens in the master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. One is a standard twin; the other is an XL twin. Parking includes carport for two vehicles. The carport also has a motion-sensor light for late arrivals.
The property is not completely "child-friendly" in that there are lamp cords that children need to watch out for. But we love children and want to welcome them if you feel comfortable with that one issue. Also, for a $25 fee, we can provide a pack and play with sheets.
While Waco has lots of great eateries, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to eat at home, along with a gas grill for cooking on the back patio.
Our make-ready crew uses sanitizing cleaning supplies to thoroughly disinfect highly used surfaces. We also use pet-safe cleaning supplies for the pet bowls. The fenced yard is an extra amenity for guests with pets.

The entire house, fenced yard, and covered carport are available to all guests.

$50 pet fee for each pet, up to four. Four pets maximum, two small, two large. No aggressive breeds.
