COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This freshly-remodeled quaint cottage-style 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on a quiet tree-lined street right next door to its sister property, The Haven. The home sleeps 8 comfortably with one queen bed in private suite, two double beds in generously-sized 14'x17' suite and new sofa bed with upgraded queen-size comfy memory foam mattress.
Gather around a large kitchen table with room for 8, enjoying all the well-stocked, bright and airy kitchen has to offer. The Cottage is also stocked with waffle fixings and a hotel-style flip waffle maker as well as snacks sure to please. Sâmores fixings and a generous snack basket will greet you upon arrival!
Enjoy the high-speed internet and 50" HDTV (equipped with Roku system, complimentary Netflix already logged on) and fireplace in the living area with convenient patio access. A cozy fire table outside and BBQ grill (both are propane) is also available for use in a charming, private outdoor space....perfect for sâmores under the cafe string lighting.
Both bedrooms also have HDTVs with Roku, comfortable bedding with plenty of pillow options...20 to be exact, ceiling fans, and sleep therapy clocks.
The Cottage at Chapel Ridge is ideally located, on the edge of the desirable Woodway/Hewitt area of Waco, within 15 minutes of downtown. For Fixer Upper fans, The Cottage at Chapel Ridge is situated exactly halfway between Magnolia Market at the Silos AND Chip and Joanna's first vacation rental, The Magnolia House. The Cottage has one of Chipâs props from the show...great for a fun photo op!
A public splash pad is available at Chapel Park, just around the corner from the home (1/3 mile away) and is perfect for the kids. Beach towels and sunscreen provided.
No pet fee WITH approval! (Dogs and/or small animals in crates permitted. For allergy reasons, no cats.) The backyard is fully fenced.

PARKING-
Guests MUST utilize the private driveway directly behind the home (off-street parking is mandatory at vacation rentals per the City of Waco).
