On check in fridge still had food in it and was dirty but staff were very quick to fix up. First night bed was awful lumpy and hard but after telling staff Leanne was wonderful and added an underlay that was excellent and fixed problem and I was able to sleep second night.

A nice motel otherwise.

The only criticism I have is that the shower has the tap directly under the shower nozzle. When I turned the shower on hot water came out and I had to reach through the hot water to adjust the temperature exposing my right arm and torso to hot water. That was unpleasant. The other thing that bothered me was that I had to write down the full details of my credit card even though I had already paid for the room. The potential for abuse of trust with my banking details is enormous if it ends up in the wrong hands; especially if the details were put into their computer and that was hacked. As a result I have some misgivings about the practice of this particular motel . I would have some second thoughts about recommending the Best Western at Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Hi John,Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience and rating us 10 points.It's unfortunate to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, regarding the Shower tap which we have no control over as most of the time shower tap are under the shower nozzle built in those days.Additionally, your valid concern about providing credit card details, even after having paid for the room via this third-Party Credit Card Online Booking, we do take the credit card details for Security for incidental & damages as per policy and once your credit card details are taken, we do black out and shred those documents once entered in the system which is encrypted. Your honest feedback can be valuable for both the motel management and potential guests. Consider reaching out directly to the motel with your concerns, as they may appreciate the opportunity to address and improve upon these issues for future guests.Thanks,Cheers.

Really nice clean room, great shower water pressure. Really helpful owners / Managers. Only issue was pool was out of action, but it did say that when we booked.
