The room had not been cleaned however the reception staff moved us quickly to a different room. We ordered a room service breakfast however it did not arrive, on questioning this with reception we were told the kitchen was closed (on a Monday) we were offered a complimentary buffet breakfast for the next day. When we arrived at breakfast most of the coshes were low or empty especially bacon, we advised the girl on reception who immediately spoke to the kitchen. After 5 minutes or so items stated coming out one at a time - mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns - each about 5 minutes apart. Finally the sort after bacon arrived. A long wait for a simple but important item. The staff were always pleasant and apologetic.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the bed was comfy but the room was so noisy. It was supposed to be soundproof if you closed your window but unfortunately mine wouldn’t close so I had to listen to the traffic all night and the music from the hotel across the road. Breakfast buffet was lovely.
