Very good

I stayed from Thursday until the following Tuesday. During this time there was no hotel internet service available. When I asked about this the manager took what I felt was a combative tone. Telling me that it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility, that most people hotspot their phone anyway and accusing me of instigating blame. I found the whole conversation unpleasant, felt the manager’s people skills were extremely lacking and avoided him for the remainder of my stay at the hotel.

Motel under new management.
Apparently wotif let you book multiple people into a room with one bed.
Arrived for one child, 2 adults and one bed.
A late check in meant the motel was booked out. No trundles or anything available.
Initially told to take it up with wotif.
Staff worked to find us another room.
A room became available that we moved in to.
No breakfast etc. on site.
Room was clean, but very noisy.

Location was great. Lobby is stunning. Apart from that the rooms were run down and old. The place isn’t well maintained and for the price paid I was expecting more. The images are deceiving. Parking was good. It served its purpose for an overnight stop over, but would not stay here again. Perks of the place is that they do accept pet stays so I did see some furry friends.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
A bit dated but great location and very nice staff. Good breakfast and good servings. Good on site car park.
Aircon not working in front bedroom of our ‘apartment’ and this has been a problem in all rooms we have stayed at here over the years. Sign over sink says clean up your own dishes or be fined $25 so this means anything you used was supposedly ‘cleaned’ by the previous guest - highly unlikely. Only had a couple of green and peppermint teabags, no black teas and used our own plastic travel mugs. No longer serves breakfast and no bar so property is dead. Taps dripping in bathroom, again an ongoing problem at this property.
The bed was old and hard. Difficult time sleeping.

Hard floors throughout - can hear every noise on the floor including the snoring in the next room. Mattress saggy. Overall just not up to what I have expected to get from a Mantra branded hotel. A bit tired. Think decent 3* country hotel
Very clean and comfortable rooms and it is dog friendly and very pleasant staff at this motel. Plenty of parking and located just behind main street of Wagga Wagga close to pubs, cafes and beautiful local parks.
Service from staff is excellent. Would stay there again

Had a great stay, apart from the aircon in our room had a loud vibration noise every 5 minutes or so lasting about 30 seconds each time, too hot not to have aircon but not easily able to sleep with the noise

Not enough cleaning staff. Our room wasn't cleaned during 3 nights stay. Not enough attention to paying customers. Terrible communication.
The property was being renovated so there was lots of noise, mess and workman. At NO time were we advised that work was being conducted. We were told where the bar and cafe were but good luck getting to them with all the chairs piled up in front of them, Our room was not cleaned while we were there and the air conditioner made a noise every 5 minutes that kept us awake. With the work that was being conducted there were no safety precautions AT ALL. Very dangerous for guests. Considering the price we paid I am sure there are better value options in Wagga. Very disappointed.
