Please note that the home features 10 external stairs to access the front door from the driveway, as well as 17 internal stairs from the garage up into the house. Therefore, the stairs may not be suitable for young children, although there is a door that can be closed to the stairs leading downstairs. 



Please note that the home is directly across from Lake Albert. Access is unrestricted. Please ensure that all children are supervised.



The charging of EV cars is not permitted as the electrical system is not equipped for this. If an electric bike or scooter is to be charged, it is not permitted to be charged inside the house or garage and must only be charged outside (BYO extension charging cord).



The watering system comes on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at approximately 6pm.
