Old school caravan, roomy and functional with a fridge, full kitchen sink, bench, running hot and cold water, pantry and wardrobe. It has plenty of kitchen equipment but don't expect it to match! There is also a queen bed and dining area which seats 6 comfortably. A covered deck flows from the caravan to a more modern annex that has 3 bunks, drawers, a tall shelf full of games, and 2 couches that can convert to one double bed. The annex has black out curtains and a lockable ranch slider. The deck wraps around to an uncovered but private all day sun trap with peeps of the sea and looks down on the campground pool & spa area.
Appliances include Weber BBQ, benchtop oven, toasted sandwich grill, 2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, microwave, slow cooker.
There are also fans, heaters, a boogie board, folding tables, plenty of chairs, radio, and games galore.
The covered deck has solar powered lights for evening ambience and a radiant heater that keeps the area cozy in cool evenings.
The uncovered deck area is an amazing spot to sit on the bean bags at night and star gaze.
The holiday park has wifi, a wood fired pizza oven, full kitchen, well equipped gym, bridge over a creek where you can feed the eels, playground and a short walk across the road takes you to the north end of Waihi Beach, with dairy, surf club and cafes all in a 4-5 minute radius. The RSA with its amazing restaurant and views is just up the road, and the main Waihi Beach town is a 5 minute drive to great little shops and cafes. Nearby there are some beautiful walks to Orokawa Bay or the Trig walk, tennis club and surf lifesaving club.
