We stayed in the Waikerie Hotel and were looked after well. It was quiet, close to shops and very convenient. One dining envening had to wait in line 28 minutes to give meal order - only one person serving here against two bar staff not that busy. Hotel's failure to quickly adapt to customer needs was very apparent - need to do better. Meal itself was really great.

Rooms are super clean, however you can hear the noise from either adjoining or below rooms. Meal was good except it was taken to the wrong table and left there with no apology.

The room was comfotable, the bed very good and comfy, but although there was a coffee machine, there was nothing to heat up milk to make a latte. It would be good to have a microwave in each room for various options. Some very loud talking laughy people woke us at 3am, dont know which room. The food in restaurant was very good as was the service.
