Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Waikoloa Colony Villas 1705 is located in Building 17 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The unit we stayed in was great. It was really close to the pool/gym/ and tennis courts. Short walk to King shop and golf courses. There are a bunch of really great beaches all with in a 20 minute drive. Would stay there again in the future.

This unit was Amazing. Beautifully decorated! Very Clean and comfortable. Unit had Awesome AC which this Menopause Momma loved. Thank you to the owners. The unit had everything we needed to cook meals. Beach gear was greatly appreciated. Very quiet area. We absolutely loved this place. We have been to the Big island over 20 times and I can honestly say this was the cleanest and most comfortable unit we have ever stayed in. I will most definitely be staying here again. My family loved our stay here. The rental has enough space for my family so everyone had their own beds. The garage had all the beach equipment that we could want. My only issue was the location was north and everything we wanted to do was south of the airport.

Wonderful Stay in Waikoloa Village

We had a wonderful first trip to Hawaii! Everything about the condo was perfect - exactly as pictured, clean, well furnished (beach gear was an absolute life saver 😁), and the location was excellent. Within close proximity to several really beautiful beaches and restaurants/shopping. Communication was excellent before and after the stay, and check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We would love to stay at this condo again and would highly recommend.

So Relaxing and Enjoyable

We stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well laid out with all the things you need to just relax and enjoy your trip. Everything from lots of sheets and towels, to the kitchen appliances, even beach gear like folding chairs, umbrella etc. We had a coffee machine that was not working well and after one short message it was replaced with a new one in a couple of hours!!! Thanks again we had a fantastic time staying here and will be back!

The unit was worn and there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the unit that created breathing issues for the family. There were lots of bugs throughout the unit, ants, and cockroaches. We ended departing a day earlier than booked to go elsewhere.

Great condo in Waikoloa.

This was a great spot. Condo was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of beach going equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. only issue we had was dryer didn’t work. The resort was willing to take our laundry to dry off site but more if a hassle than we wanted to deal with. Hopefully it will be a short fix for the next people!
