Ok I'm going to go through every little detail of Waikoloa Colony Villas, unit 2001 I could think of. I want to start by emphasizing the place absolutely exceeded our expectations and we're so happy with our stay! What a deal! Like any place, there were pros and cons... Let's go though pros. The house was impeccably clean, smelled fresh, temperature was controllable (but sometimes hard to find that perfect temperature). Huge windows, very well lit. AC easy to use, and so nice to come home to a cool home. Rooms have plenty of closet and drawer space. Water temperature sometimes took a few minutes to get warm. And strangely the kitchen sink never got warm. Water pressure was good. Dish washers worked fine. Washing machine worked great. Kinda musty smelling just needs a cleaning tab. Dryer fast and clean. We used them several times. Hand, body soap, shampoo were just generic and prettybad. Had a plumbing issue where upstairs toilet clogged. They came next day fixed. Plenty of beach and bath, hand, face towels! TVs have many basic cable channels and smart apps you could log into. They stock absolutely nothing that would be considered food, condiments, spices, oils, etc. Stop at a store and get some basics if plan to cook. Refrigerator has filtered water and ice. Plenty of kitchenware. Key and code allows you access to gyms and pool. Pool is pretty cold. Jacoozi was hot. Open until about 8p I believe. 2 sizes of coolers/ice chests, 2 beach chairs are in the unit!
