Commerce proche. Les ports pour un tour en bateau à la Na Pali Coast sont proches. La route pour le Waimea Canyon est juste en face. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Laverie avec séchoir à disposition et facile à utiliser.

Nous étions en voyage de noces nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour pouvoir visiter le sud et l'ouest de kauia. Oscar nous a très bien accueilli, la chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée et avions une vue partielle sur l'océan. Bien situé au milieu de commerces et restaurants et quand même au calme. Nous avons juste trouvé le prix un peu excessif et avons été étonné de ne pas avoir eu de femme de ménage pendant notre séjour.

Aloha Coralie, Thank you for taking time to write a review and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. We do bi-weekly maid service every 3 days and I notice that you were at that 3 day mark so I apologize that you were not aware of this. I hope you had a wonderful time exploring the west side of the island and had a safe trip home. Happy Holidays!

Good short stay!

It was a nice one night stay! Room was spacious and it had a comfy bed and it was clean! The booking was bit of a hassle though. It was frustrating that I had to give all the possible documents beforehand via email/WA and still they asked them again at the motel. And it's not too handy that the check in is only between 3-6 pm.

Aloha Henna. I'm sorry if the booking process was a bit of a hassle. When people are arriving to check in after normal office hours we require additional documentation in order to send you after-hours self check-in instructions. While you provided your info to Expedia, they did not share it with us and that is the reason for requesting your billing address, email address and the name of the other guest. We asked you to provide your ID and credit card in advance of your stay as we were told you would be checking in after the office was closed for the day but you arrived during office hours so I'm sorry for the extra back and forth messaging. I wish Expedia would supply this info with the reservation as it would make our job easier. But we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the room and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Mahalo.

nice stay, love the snacks they left for us, did not love that the 3 nights we were there room service did not show up or ask if we needed any towels or anything but for the most part very pleasant stay and convenient. Also thought it was a bit overpriced, $300 the night was a bit too much for not having pool and other amenities. Something i did love was the communication with the person i booked was pretty on point until the check in process, loved that texting was with fast response. Love the vintage old town feel… i would visit again! Overall pretty good experience.

Ok for what I paid, decor need to be revamp /patio table served as dinnette table ...needed some type of chair/couch or something other than the bed to sit in the room. Patio was good fit. Hotel contact and direct text messages on point.

Aloha Sharon. Mahalo for your review. We are working to replace the dining table and chairs in the room you were in. I wish that room was big enough for a sofa or chair but the only rooms with sofa's are the suites. We are currently working to get a new table and chairs into the unit as well. One of the prior guests accidentally damaged the table so we had to improvise and only had the outdoor table and chairs to replace it with for your stay. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Mahalo.
